  • 1 nos chicken brest (cut lengthwise)


  • 1 piece cheese (cut lengthwise)


  • 4-5 piece broccoli


  • 1/4 nos zucchini (lengthwise)


  • 5-6 nos green beans(blanched)


  • 1/4 cups corns (boiled)


  • 1 nos bell peppers (cut lengthwise)


  • 1 nos onion (cut into 4 pieces lengthwise)


  • 4-5 nos mashrooms (cut lengthwise)


  • 1/4 nos cucumber (cut lengthwise )


  • 1/2 nos tomato (cut lengthwise )


  • 1/2 tsp oregano black pepper


  • 1 pinch chilly flakes


  • 2 pinch bread crumbs


  • 2 tsp diet sauce


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Marinade Chicken With 1pinch Salt, Oregano And Bread Crumbs In Between You Can Cut The Vegetables Add Oil In Two Different Pans 1tsp Each First Pan Add Chicken For 1 Minute.
  • Turn Now Add Blanched Green Beans And Cheese
  • Add Pinch Salt And Black Pepper Sauté For 2 Minutes Another Pan Sauté Broccoli And Zucchini 2 Minutes Add Bell Peppers And Onion
  • Add 2pinch Salt And 1pinch Black Pepper And Sauté For 2 Minutes Put Into A Plate Take Mashroom And Boiled Corns (Don't Add Oil) Add Pinch Salt And Black Pepper.
  • Sauté For 2 Minutes Assemble All In A Plate And Keep Cucumber And Tomato Also Chicken-Veggi Platter Is Ready You Can Use Diet Sauce (Optionally) While Serving
